Each issue is distributed to over 5,500 public sector engineers and managers in the local government field, as well as engineers in public utilities in the water, electricity, transportation and allied areas. This includes the members of IPWEA who receive the magazine as part of their membership. The magazine is also subscribed to by many companies and consultants in the private sector.
